By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise utilizing the digital infrastructure, computational tools, and systemic functionalities provided by the India Post Enterprise Web Portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "IEWP" located at www.iewp.in), you (the "User") expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by the exhaustive stipulations contained within this single, continuous legal agreement. If you do not unequivocally assent to these terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or utilizing the Platform.
While access to the software ecosystem, including but not limited to data processing, batch staging, label generation, and spreadsheet compilation, is presently granted on a complimentary, fee-exempt basis, the Platform administrators (the "Administration") reserve the absolute, unilateral, and irrevocable right to institute financial remuneration models at any prospective juncture. Such modifications may include, but are not limited to, subscription paradigms, usage-based tariffs, or tiered service fees, driven by exigencies pertaining to server maintenance, bandwidth limitations, infrastructure scaling, and overarching operational overhead, with continued utilization post-implementation constituting binding acceptance of the revised financial terms.
Furthermore, it must be explicitly understood that the Platform functions intrinsically as an automated facilitation mechanism, operating merely as a computational tool for the orchestration of bulk postal data, label formatting, and the algorithmic compilation of spreadsheet exports. It remains the exclusive, non-delegable responsibility of the User to meticulously audit, verify, and cross-examine the fidelity, accuracy, and formatting of all generated outputs—specifically the generated labels and Excel databases—prior to their material deployment or submission to any postal authority. The Platform explicitly disclaims any and all fiduciary or operational responsibility for typographical anomalies, data misalignments, erroneous barcoding, routing failures, or consequential discrepancies resulting from the usage of generated labels or exported databases, rendering any mismatch between intended data and generated output the sole liability of the User.
In direct correlation with this, the Platform operates strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, extending no warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding uninterrupted functionality, cryptographic security, or operational continuity, and explicitly disavows any responsibility for technical issues or systemic outages. Under no conceivable jurisprudential circumstances shall the developers, hosting providers, or affiliated administrators be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or pecuniary damages, financial deficits, loss of anticipated revenue, operational downtime, reputational detriment, or logistical delays arising from systemic malfunctions, code-based errors, or the inherent utilization of this tool, as any loss incurred through its operation is borne entirely by the User.
Additionally, by willfully inputting, transmitting, or otherwise processing information through the Platform, the User explicitly and irreversibly consents to the ubiquitous retention of all submitted data within our centralized server architecture, granting the Administration unfettered, unencumbered access to this repository. The Administration unconditionally reserves the prerogative to scrutinize, harness, or otherwise utilize this consolidated data for overarching administrative imperatives, operational diagnostics, analytical profiling, and the forensic cross-examination of discrepancies, utilizing such data to unilaterally audit systemic usage and rectify operational anomalies as deemed appropriate.
To ensure the continued viability of the Platform, the User agrees to comprehensively indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its creators, and technological affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal jurisprudence fees arising from the User's violation of these stipulations or the unauthorized misuse of generated outputs. The Administration further retains the sovereign authority to amend, modify, truncate, or augment this agreement at any time without prior explicit consultation, wherein continued operation of the Platform constitutes an affirmative, legally binding ratification of said changes. Should any provision within this exhaustive agreement be deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, the veracity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be imperiled but shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, with all disputes, arbitrations, or legal proceedings governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the prevailing laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's primary servers or administrators reside, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
